Intermittent die cutting machine
Intermittent die-cutting machine is mainly used for die-cutting aluminum foil products with low thickness, such as beer label, non-viscous foil lids, and other special shape aluminum foil products, or high hardness materials, which can’t be feed into the machine in roll form, such as aluminum paper compound lids, gasket and so on.
Rewinding machine
Used to produce household foil roll, hair foil roll, hookah foil roll and other foil roll products. Applicative coil core diameter 30mm, 32mm, 38mm, etc., smart and flexible, can stop at any time, precise control length and roll weight.
Automatic cutting and folding machine
Used to produce pop-up aluminum foil, such as hair foil and catering foil, embossing, cutting and folding in one with high efficiency. Due to the limitation of the diameter of the slitting roller, length of one side of the cut foil is fixed. It is 273mm.
