Pop up hair foil
As the size has been cut out for easy using, pop-up hair foil is the hairdresser’s favorite type. it is still made of 8011 or 1235 O temper aluminum foil, plus embossing, making the aluminum foil soft and suitable for hand.

About Embossing
According to the finishing process, hairdressing foil classified into embossed and no embossed.
Aluminum foil for hair without embossing is usually in the form of rolls. If the pre-cut sheet foil is not embossed, it needs to be lined with paper so that it can be picked up one single sheet each time. If there is no embossing for the pop-up foil sheet, it may needs manual folding and packaging, the cost is higher.
Unembossed hair color foil paper winding and packaging compact with smaller boxes and outer cartons, which can save shipping costs.
But compared with the foil without embossing, embossed hair foil has more advantages.
- First of all, exquisite embossing makes the appearance of hair foil more gorgeous and beautiful.
- After embossing, the hair foil became more softer, comfortable and easy to use.
- Embossing can reduce the sound produced by hair foil in the process of use, which bring customers great hairstyle experience.
- At the same time, embossing can change the surface friction coefficient, so that the hair foil is not easy to fall off when using.
- Due to embossing, the potions are evenly distributed in the foil texture, making the potions more even rather than concentrated in the corner, ensuring the hairdressing effect.
Disadvantages of the embossed hair foil is, if the embossing depth is not adjusted properly, will lead to hair foil penetration.
Common embossed textures are orange peel, double dot, random dot, diamond grain.

Packaging for hairdressing foil roll
Normally, hairdressing foil rolls are usually packaged in a paper box with a blade which can cut the foil in any length for use. The materials of the paper box are cardboard and corrugated. Cardboard boxes are usually used for short, non-embossed hair foils, with serrated openings, for cutting hair foils. For embossed and bigger hair foil rolls, a corrugated box inlaid with metal or plastic saw blades at the opening is required.
The smart designed box allows the hair foil to be cut off flexibly while protecting the hands as much as possible.
For these hair foil rolls set, such as 4 rolls/box, and commercial packaging hair foils rolls, such as 10 rolls, 20 rolls or even 30 rolls/box, there is not an individual box for each roll, need to use with a dispenser, which is also a support.
